Rolling Stone feels that Arcade Fire should be given the award stating that the world’s most ambitious young band stepped it up – and scored a Number One hit. However if the Vegas odds makers are correct the win for Lady Gaga would be icing on the cake, so to speak, giving that she was Billboard's Artist of the year and was 2010's "runaway hit at the newsstand." according to the Audit Bureau of Circulations and WWD.
